Swimming...Not So Bad!

Leah went swimming for the first time this afternoon. I told her it would be just like a big bathtub, but since the water was quite cold, she didn't buy it. When we first put her in, she cried and refused to sit down. But once she got used to the temperature, she was awesome! She splashed with Eric a little bit, played with toys and even explored around the pool. We stayed out for about half an hour and I think she liked it!

Exploring the back of the pool...she tried to pull up on the shade and realized very quickly that was not going to work for her.

Always with the tongue out!

We're getting a lot of use out of this red cup! Thank goodness they are easy to come by when this one finally cracks.

This is from the beginning, when she wasn't sure about things yet. Eric would splash a little and make bubbles, and Leah would point at the bubbles until they popped.
