Leah's First Shoes

Leah has been barefoot almost exclusively, with the exception of occasionally wearing socks, but she's starting back to daycare and has to wear shoes while there since she's becoming more mobile. So we went this weekend and got a pair of Pediped shoes. They're soft-soled and supposed to be the next best thing to learning to walk barefoot (which is apparently the preferred method). Leah didn't seem to mind them after the initial confusion of why they were on her feet, which is good considering she only had a day or so to get used to them before starting back to daycare. And fortunately for Sarah they've got a ton of different styles....so I'm sure Leah will have a whole closet full before too long.
