After getting home from Nashville, my mom, Uncle Matt and Aunt Hayley came over for a Christmas Eve brunch, and, yes, another round of gifts!
Leah got some new books from Grams
Aunt Hayley and Uncle Matt gave her a cute little ladybug teaset! We have already had 4 tea parties in less than 24 hours! :)
When my family was in from San Antonio, one of my cousins got a fashion design kit. Even though it was meant for older kids, Leah loved looking at all of the fabric and "designing" her own dresses. Grams got her a princess design kit, along with lots of fun fabric to go with it. Leah is excited to start making her own princess gowns!
Leah also got a princess fishing pole, to head out with Daddy on the lake! I'm sure they will have many fun-filled afternoons fishing together...as soon as we think Leah will sit still long enough to be successful!
After nap, we made some cake balls for Santa. I got a cake ball maker from Nana, so what better time to try it out? And besides, you know Santa was going to be tired of the same old cookies he got at other houses. We wanted to change it up a little! Here's Leah choosing just the right ones to leave out for Santa.
Here's your snack, Santa!
We also got some magic reindeer hay to sprinkly on the yard. We thought Santa's reindeer might be hungry after a long night of flying! Stay tuned to see if Santa liked his cake balls and left Leah any presents!
