Christmas 2010

Since Leah was born, Christmas time has been so much fun.  This year, though, was the best yet!  Leah was at the perfect age to celebrate this time of year.  Leah was so excited about every aspect of Christmas, and it made it so much fun Christmas morning!
We opened stockings first thing Christmas morning.  Leah had a great time pulling out each little thing from her stocking.

 Elmo slippers!
After stockings, we moved over to presents.  Santa was very generous this year, and Leah got a lot of fun gifts!  She loves this counting book!
I think we have a future Mia Hamm in the making...you should see Leah dribble a soccer ball!
When Leah saw Santa a few weeks ago, she asked him for a Dora doll.  Santa is a good man, and brought her exactly what she wanted!
He also brought her a washing machine and ironing board.

Christmas afternoon, we headed to my mom's house to celebrate with Grams, Uncle Matt and Aunt Hayley.  They got Leah a vacuum cleaner!  She was so excited when she opened it up, and immediately asked Hayley to get it out of the box so she could use it.  :)

It was the Christmas of the dolls this year, and Leah got a food set so she can feed her dollies.  I think she likes it!
We ended the day with dinner and cookies at Grams house.  It was a great day!

We left for San Antonio the day after Christmas to celebrate with family.  We met at Aunt Tricia's house, where we pretty much ate our way through the afternoon.
Aunt Hayley put Leah's hair in french braids!  They looked awesome, and I hope Hayley will teach me how to do that one day!
Emily's dog, PT, was there, and Leah couldn't get enough of him!  After learning his name was PT (and not potty, as she was originally calling him), she went around calling him all afternoon!
In between plates of food, we played outside on the sport court.  It was a gorgeous day, and we had a blast chasing, kicking and throwing the basketball.

Omi gave Leah a pillow pet, and after a long afternoon, it was a great place to relax!
Leah also got a crib for her dollies, which she loved.  She did not love when PT was put in the crib though!

What a fabulous Christmas weekend!
